Little Steps Montessori School was established in the year 2000 by Rani Saheb Aarti Kumari Jadeja. The school started small but gained popularity very soon because of the different teaching methods which were child-centric and need-based, according to each child. The compassion and love given to the children by all members of the school, working with different areas of development of the child brought out the best in each child. The children at LSMS were not only taught from their textbooks and syllabus but were also taught life lessons,good manners, respect, care, and kindness towards all living beings . A strong foundation was built ,reading and writing skills were developed according to the ability of each child,such that he /she reads and writes with perfection.

Mr.P. Varadarajan is a mature Educationist
with very rich experience in the field, spanning over more than three decades. He has worked as the Principal, in D.A.V Public School, Delhi Public School. Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Public School in different parts of India. Mr P. Varadarajan worked as the Principal, in Global Indian Foundation Singapore. He has also been the Head of R.S Krishnan Higher Secondary School with five thousand students at Trichy, Tamil Nadu. He was the Director of Trinity Academy, Tiruvarur. Currently he is the Principal of Prince Ashokraje Gaekwad School Vadodara, Gujarat.
The Central Board Of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E) involves him in conducting inspections of Schools before granting affiliation. He has worked with N.C.E.R.T, published several papers and has given many Radio Talks.
